My boyfriend is a sarcastic bastard.
And I love him for it, I think he’s hilarious.
I’m sarcastic & I enjoy that humour. Whoever said “sarcasm is the lowest form of wit” was wrong in my book.
Today he made a sarky ‘joke’ on a colleague/ex-flatmate/friend’s Facebook status. I laughed.
Her: Could do with some/any/just a bit motivation to do anything :S
well I am off to get new trainers 
Him: DO SOME WORK THEN DIPSHIT. How’s that for motivation 
Yes, yes in black & white it might well seem harsh. But knowing my boyfriend for 2 years she should absolutely know to either ignore him or tell him to STFU!! Like any normal person would!!
But she didn’t. She deleted his comment.
Fair enough, I’ve done that before. Some twat made a ‘funny’ about my darling Jack bunny passing away. It wasn’t appreciated so it was deleted, no comments, no animosity.
Then she proceeded to delete & block him from Facebook.
Yes really!
A 31 year old deleted her ex-flatmates boyfriend coz he made a jokey comment she didn’t like…
Ordinarily I’d have let this go, but I think she’s in the wrong & sometimes I just can’t let that shit go.
Firstly: her own boyfriend liked the comment, thus proving it was a funny!
Secondly: if you didn’t like it you didn’t need to go to such an extreme! Just makes you look pathetic & childish.
Thirdly: I’m sat right next to you!!! Literally a foot away! Why not say summat to me???
So I simply said “You do realise that comment was a joke? Why did you delete him?”
Her: “Didn’t think it was funny okay!”
Me: “You know what he’s like, that’s his humour, he’s sarcastic. And your boyfriend even knew it was a joke!”
Her: “Yeah I know, just drop it okay”
Me: “But you deleted him! Why do that? It was just a joke!”
Her: “Drop it, I don’t want to talk about it”
Me: “Fine. I just thought after us living together for a year & you knowing him that well you wouldn’t have been so childish!”
Grrr I’m so annoyed! What a child. And all through the conversation she didn’t look at me once! I just don’t/can’t understand her reaction & response. It’s something a teenager would do!
I swear she is so socially & emotionally crippled/stunted/retarded! When we lived together she would email me at work to ask me questions about home! This was when we sat opposite each other! I mean that’s weird isn’t it? Why did she not just ask me to my face?
And there was the time she didn’t pay her half of the council tax bill & never bothered to tell me…then when we got a summons she emailed people in work asking to borrow £50 to pay it 
Oh well. True colours always come out don’t they. The next 3 working days will be interesting…she leaves next week. I actually think she might not come in. Seems like something she’d do rather than face a slightly tricky situation, even if it was all her own doing!
